The Role

As a Business Development Manager for TP-Link VIGI Solutions, you’ll be responsible for growing their market share and revenue. This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a real impact. Your role will be split between two key areas:

  • Account Development (50): You’ll manage and grow revenue within an existing portfolio of reseller partners, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell their products. You’ll conduct regular calls and meetings to educate partners on new offerings, collaborating with their internal teams to drive demand and track growth.
  • New Business Acquisition (50): You’ll be on the front lines, identifying and approaching potential partners who currently work with competitors like Hikvision and Dahua. You’ll position TP-Link VIGI as the superior alternative, building tailored propositions to convert their business and grow their competitive displacement pipeline.
Skills And Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or business development, ideally within IT distribution or the security/surveillance industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales and partner ecosystems.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle technical product information and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
