Field based role, applicants must be flexible with travel around South Wales, applicants ideally located around the South West of Wales / Swansea region
Peninsula have a fantastic opportunity for a field based Business Development Manager to develop new business (B2B) from scratch, from your initial networking through to closing the deal.You will be sourcing and meeting potential new business, through various business development channels. Selling Peninsula’s consultancy services, helping SMEs discover an easier and safer way to manage their staff.
We offer an incredible uncapped commission scheme, realistic Year 1 earnings of at least £100,000 (Basic salary £30,000 + £30,000 Top up + Commission) Year 2 is down to you! You'll also receive a fantastic benefits package including a company car (electric vehicle) or £5,000 car allowance.
