  • Work closely with pre‑construction and project management teams to ensure smooth project handovers.

  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activity to keep the company competitive and innovative.
  • Networking & Brand Promotion
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Strengthen the company’s reputation and visibility in the construction sector.
Candidate Profile
  • Relevant experience in business development within the construction sector.
  • Proven track record of securing large‑scale construction projects and managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and relevant frameworks.
  • Security Clearance : BPSS - Pre‑employment
