A growing telecom sales company is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the UK. You will manage the full sales cycle while building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of B2B sales experience and a background in telecoms or technology sales. This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working, and uncapped commission opportunities.
Location: Hybrid – Home-based with travel to Swansea HQ (once a week)
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic (DOE) + £400 monthly car allowance + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (no evenings or weekends)
