This is a hybrid role. The Business Development Team works from our Brighton office 5 days per week for the first 3 months, with the opportunity to work in the office 3 days per week after that.

Due to the continued success and growth of our Brighton sales team, we are actively recruiting BDMs to join the team in January

What You’ll Be Doing

In this highly autonomous role, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of accounts. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to account management, connecting SME’s with our award winning product.

  • Proactively source your own leads through research, building your own pipeline.
  • Conduct daily outreach to businesses, making 30-50 outbound calls, connecting with key decision-makers.
