My client is a specialist in fire alarm systems with over 20 years of industry expertise, a strong client base, and a solid reputation in the market. With ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join the team. The head office is based in Southampton, but you will be home based and will be working in a field sales role visiting clients. They are offering a basic salary, with an OTE of £70k, alongside uncapped commission. This is a really exciting time to be joining the business, you will working with and reporting into an experienced Managing Director and play a key part in the company's growth strategy
