We are recruiting three Insurance Business Development Managers (BDMs) to grow Marshs SME commercial segment in Witham, Egham and Worcester.
This is a hybrid role requiring you to work at least four days a week on the road or in the office.
Each BDM will focus on direct‑to‑client acquisition and the fast repeatable placement of commercial risks with premiums between 5,000 and 20,000. The role prioritises Commercial Combined Contractors and general commercial product lines requiring strong prospecting, quoting and disciplined pipeline management.
