Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: North London, ideal locations would be Watford, Slough, Amersham, Reading

Package: £50k base salary with matching comms package – 100k OTE

My client is a SaaS provider of emergency notification / crisis management communications. Their innovative solutions support clients globally in the successful management of incidents and emergencies.

This organisation is rapidly growing globally due to increased critical situations, and they already have an established UK sales team. Due to this growth; the UK Sales team is also growing, with a view to supporting their solution with both existing and new clients in the UK with a specific focus on new revenue and retention.

Job Purpose:

  • With your go-to-sales approach you are a key driver for international growth
  • Together with the team, you are winning tenders and complex deal challenges, as you know what it takes to win key accounts with large organisations.
  • You are part of a UK team driving new business success by understanding user requirements and keeping close relationships with customers/prospects.

What we are looking for:

  • Experienced and passionate salesperson with focus on SaaS / software solutions
  • Self and success-driven characters with a focus on customer orientation and relationship-building.
  • Can-do-mindsets that are enabled to generate leads via diverse funnels and follow up on existing opportunities.
  • Ideally with experience/knowledge in either Crisis Management or Risk Management
  • Well organised individual who has experience of Salesforce for CRM and Sales Forecasting purposes.
