Role Overview

Seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to shape and drive growth strategies. This position works closely with senior stakeholders and provides hands‑on support for new business initiatives and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual BD plans aligned to business goals.
  • Lead strategic initiatives for market expansion.
  • Act as main internal point for BD, supporting senior leaders in lead generation and pitching.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships.
  • Lead conference and thought leadership activities.
  • Oversee BD budgets and analyse ROI of activities.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships.
  • Mentor and manage BD assistant.
  • Coordinate legal directory submissions and cross-team projects.
  • Deliver regular progress reports to leadership.
