A leading training and consultancy company based in Leeds seeks a Business Development Executive to grow their account base and nurture client relationships. You will leverage sales techniques from the in-house academy to strategically prospect new clients. Ideal candidates are experienced in B2B sales, demonstrating results under pressure, and are skilled in relationship building. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with competitive benefits including 27 days of annual leave.
The role: Sales / Business Development Executive
Location: Leeds - Hybrid - 3 days in the office
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week
Package: Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission
As a Business Development Executive at QA, your primary focus will be to grow your account base by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. Youll apply proven sales techniques from our in-house Sales Academy and benefit from ongoing coaching to drive long-term, high-value outcomes.
Youll strategically prospect for new clients while deepening relationships with your current portfolio to maximise commercial success.
Experience: You are an experienced Business Development professional with a strong track record of meeting sales targets across a diverse product range. Ideally, youve worked in a B2B sales environment, selling services and solutions. You thrive on building new relationships, solving client challenges, and delivering results under pressure.
You will join QA as a Business Development executive; your focus will be to further grow your account base by prospecting for new business and nurture your existing customers using sales techniques gained from our in-house sales academy and on the job coaching.
