Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering sales results of at least £2m in order value over a fiscal year.
  • Experience in selling Cloud, Data & AI Consultancy and Managed Services.
  • Ability to coordinate virtual teams including technical pre-sales and project managers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales process for mid-market and enterprise deals in financial services and retail sectors.
  • Engage with Microsoft UK account teams to drive co-sell campaigns.
  • Work with Enterprise Architects to define solutions that address client pain points.

The Business Development Director will lead the sales process for multiple mid-market and enterprise deals, focusing on clients within the Financial Services, Retail, Professional Services and Insurance sectors.

  • Trustedadvisorandinfluencerinshapingclientdecisionstobuyourproductsandservices
  • Youwillownthecommercialandtechnicaldecisiontoclose,throughtailoringourmessage,bringingideastoclients,engagingwiththem,challengingthemandguidingthemintheirdecision-makingprocess
  • WorkwithourEnterpriseArchitectstodefineasolutiontomeettheclient’spainsfocusingonthebusinessvalueandcommercialbenefitsofthesolution
  • EngagewiththeMicrosoftUKaccountteamstodriveanddeliverco-sellcampaignsandactivities
  • LeadpresentationstoexplainandprovetoourclientsandpartnersourcapabilitiesinMicrosoft'sData&AIsolutionsandpositionourproductsandservices.Thiswilldifferentiateusanddemonstratetothemhowwecanmaketheirbusinessesmoresuccessful
