What You’ll Do

Drive revenue growth and market expansion through strategic business development.
Build and nurture senior-level client relationships.
Develop innovative, client-focused solutions aligned with Sodexo’s values.
Inspire, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams.
Deliver profitable new business opportunities and rebid existing contracts.
Use financial modelling, competitive analysis, and compelling proposals to secure and grow business.

What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience in senior business development or sales roles.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Expertise in selling and managing complex food and hard FM contracts.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
