As a business development consultant within Gallup’s Global Analytics division, you will gain expertise in consultative sales, consulting and account leadership. Under the guidance of experienced consultants, you will grow in pursuing prospective clients, creating sales strategies, diagnosing research or policy needs, crafting comprehensive solutions and influencing leaders’ decision‑making as you contribute to revenue targets for Gallup.

If you’re intellectually curious and excited about empowering leaders who are solving the world’s most pressing issues, apply today.

Who We Want
  • Growth drivers who pursue opportunities with entrepreneurial drive, persuade others to say “yes” to new opportunities, and serve clients with passion and dedication.
  • Compelling communicators who listen deeply to uncover underlying opportunities and craft engaging proposals and presentations that address prospects’ needs.
  • Continual learners whose credibility comes from their intense intellectual curiosity about global issues and desire to become strategically literate on all facets of a client’s challenges.
  • Trusted advisers whose engaging presence and personality empower them to make bold recommendations, challenge top leaders and influence decision‑making.
  • Alignment architects who set clear expectations, hold others accountable, navigate tough conversations with courage and command, and inspire leaders and teams to align and act.
  • Organised overachievers who are fast‑paced, self‑motivated and adept at managing multiple pursuits with close attention to every deadline, detail and deliverable.
What You’ll Do
  • Learn to lead discovery and qualification conversations with senior executives, while developing your consulting expertise.
  • Architect creative solutions that integrate Gallup’s research, people and tools to solve client‑specific challenges.
  • Collaborate with methodologists, researchers and delivery teams early in pursuits to ensure technical credibility, confident scoping and executable statements of work.
  • Grow into achieving consultative sales goals, with key metrics including bookings, revenue and client impact.
  • Develop domain expertise and represent Gallup at industry forums, roundtables and client events, leveraging Gallup research to open commercial conversations.
What You Need
  • At least two years of client‑facing professional services experience.
  • A proven track record of cultivating business development opportunities that lead to successful client engagements within a consultancy, donor‑funded or public‑sector context.
  • A commitment to working on‑site at Gallup’s London office at least three days per week.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.K.; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.

  • An empowering culture: Collaborate with smart, passionate people who love what they do and welcome your ideas, perspectives and experiences.
  • Learning and development: Grow in your career as we invest in what you do best, encourage curiosity and create an environment where it’s safe — and expected — to challenge the status quo.
  • Brand strength, startup energy: Thrive in an innovative environment backed by a trusted brand.
  • A vibrant workplace: Enjoy working in our inspiring workplace in the world‑renowned The Shard, boasting captivating views of the London skyline and River Thames with direct access to London Bridge Station.
