Job description
We’re Hiring: Business Applications Development Manager – D365 CE

London Bridge (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Up to £75,000

I’m supporting a London-based organisation that’s kicking off a major D365 CE upgrade & implementation next year — and they’re looking for someone to lead the charge.

If you’re an experienced D365 CE professional who wants real ownership, influence, and the chance to reshape an organisation’s Microsoft ecosystem, this is one to consider.

The Role
  • Lead and own the upcoming D365 CE transformation project
  • Advise the business and their MS Partner on best-practice technical direction
  • Modernise an outdated D365 environment with newer, better modules and solutions
  • Shape IT strategy and make key architectural decisions
  • Work alongside a small, collaborative IT team (infrastructure, apps, PM, BA, data)
  • No direct reports — this is a technical leadership role, not people management
What They’re Looking For
  • 5 years D365 CE development experience
  • Strong experience in implementations
  • Someone who understands the bigger picture and can set technical standards
  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps; Power Pages ideal but not essential)
  • C#, .NET and JavaScript background is essential
  • Not a hands-on developer role — the partner handles dev, you guide the direction

If you want to lead, shape, and transform — rather maintain — this is a fantastic opportunity.
