A global pharmaceutical company in the UK seeks a Business Analytics Manager to drive excellence across GRS functions. You will lead complex projects, manage analytical work, and collaborate with leadership. Candidates should have a BA/BS or advanced degree with experience in business analysis and project management. This position offers a hybrid work model and a chance to make impactful decisions in patient care.
The Business Analytics Manager is responsible for driving business excellence and transparency globally on behalf of all GRS functions offering leadership and SME in analytics, data management and generating models which both influence and drive business decisions related to portfolio support, process, resource efficiencies, and key performance indicators.
The candidate will act as a key point of contact for GRS LT members requiring financial, analytical and technical insight, support and recommendations.
The candidate will possess a combination of technical aptitude and customer focus to craft data visualizations and analytics with the needs of stakeholders in mind. Proven knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel software, Excel Macros, large/ complex and wide ranging datasets (and interpretation of these datasets) will enable success in this role.
This position is also accountable for identifying end-to-end process trends, opportunities for improvement, formulating projects and specifics plans necessary for corrective and preventive actions of the designated business needs.
