To succeed, you’ll bring at least five years’ experience as a Business Analyst—ideally within financial services—and a strong grasp of both technical systems and business processes. You’ll combine analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent communication and attention to detail, thriving in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Experience working in transformation or system migration projects will be a strong advantage, along with proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Office.
