About the Role:

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain team within our global IT division. You will help drive transformation by replacing legacy systems, delivering cloud-first solutions, and exploring automation and AI to enhance our operations.

What You'll Do:
  1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements; collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
  2. Facilitation & Engagement: Facilitate workshops and meetings; act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
  3. Agile Delivery & Documentation: Contribute to Agile ceremonies; maintain a backlog of user stories; support testing and risk management.
  4. Process Improvement: Model business processes using BPMN and identify areas for improvement.
What You'll Bring:
  1. Must haves: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects; stakeholder engagement skills; experience in Agile environments; ability to work independently; proficiency in BPMN.
  2. Nice to haves: Experience in supply chain, WMS, wholesale, or distribution; knowledge of JIRA and Confluence; recognized business analysis qualification (IIBA/BCS).
Location:

This role is remote-first, with occasional travel to Durham and other CEF locations.
