HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

We are seeking a highly experienced Agile Business Analyst to join our Product team. This role is essential for conducting deep business analysis and ensuring that our projects align with business goals and deliver maximum value.

The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of agile methodologies and extensive experience in business analysis.

VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deep Business Analysis and Support for Product Owners: Conduct thorough and detailed business analysis to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. Provide comprehensive support to product owners through client engagement and research, helping them to understand and meet client needs effectively.
  • Agile Methodologies: Apply agile principles and practices to facilitate effective project delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Develop clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Proven ability to conduct deep and thorough business analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in AML/KYC/KYB a plus
