Senior Business Analyst (D365 CE) - UK Wide.

Home-based with occasional travel to client site!

Role & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technical teams on D365 CE integration's, data migrations, and Power Platform enhancements.
  • Conduct process mapping and design "As-Is" and "To-Be" models to support D365 CE solution implementation.
  • Analyse CRM data and dashboards to provide insights and recommend process improvements.
  • Support testing phases (incl. UAT) and create tailored user training for D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
  • Deliver post-go-live support to drive user adoption and maximise value from D365 CE implementations.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse within a business context.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, process modelling, and change management.
  • Familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies in CRM/ERP project environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
