Business Analyst – D365 / Microsoft Dynamics CE

Largely Remote (UK) but with weekly / bi-weekly UK wide site travel – car needed

Up to £60,000 + £5,000 bonus + benefits

A high growth, acquisitive business is looking for an experienced Business Analyst, ideally with prior experience of D365 / Microsoft Dynamics across the CE, CRM, Field Service or Customer Service modules.

This is a permanent opportunity for a Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys getting close to the business.

The Role

You’ll work closely with multiple acquired businesses, reviewing and documenting their end-to-end processes and overlaying these onto D365. This will include gap analysis, working with Functional Consultants to resolve gaps through system changes, enhancements, or by feeding clear requirements into the product roadmap and backlog.

• Analyse business processes across multiple acquired businesses.
