Job description
Overview

We are Magenta Living, empowering people as our purpose. We work by guiding, teaching, and cultivating knowledge and confidence to overcome challenges and seize opportunities, uplifting colleagues, customers, and communities. We are looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on solving problems, connecting people, and turning complexity into clarity. You’ll work across teams to co-create practical solutions that make life easier for colleagues and customers.

You’ll get under the skin of challenges, shape why projects matter, and bring ideas to life through hands-on workshops, smart process design, and clear documentation. You’ll support procurement, keep delivery moving, and help ensure what we build works by assisting in test script creation ahead of UAT. You’ll have experience capturing business requirements within complex organisations, and a strong grasp of industry-standard tools and design thinking. You’ll bring solid business analysis expertise across SCRUM, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall or other delivery methodologies, adapting your approach to suit the project and keep things on track. Working side-by-side with Project Managers, you’ll help set priorities, capture needs, and translate them into user stories, epics, process maps and requirements. You’ll spot risks early, shape sensible mitigations, and stay flexible when priorities shift, keeping services running smoothly.

  • Capture business requirements in complex organisations and translate them into user stories, epics, and process maps.
  • Identify risks early and propose sensible mitigations; adapt approaches as priorities shift.
  • Work with Project Managers to translate needs into actionable artefacts and ensure the project stays on track.
