Job Description
  • Provide consulting and assess needs and desires from our clients
  • Help improve work processes for our clients
  • Support our customers with subject matter expertise and best practices
  • Demo, training and documentation of our solutions
  • Assist the development team in improving our system solutions
  • Participate in implementing the system solutions at our clients’ sites
  • Contribute to the safe and efficient execution of projects
  • Help develop expertise for both employees and clients within relevant fields
  • Other relevant tasks

Your responsibilities may include support in one or more of the following areas:

  • Coordinating and leading cross-company meetings with our clients
  • Planning
  • Cost and risk management
  • Document control
  • Systematic project completion
Qualifications
  • High personal integrity and manners are valued more than high education
  • Preferably project experience from similar tasks, including active use of project management tools
  • Strong digital skills and interest in digital tools
  • Knowledge of project work and ability to work in teams and understand the needs of other disciplines
  • A team player with good communication skills in English
  • Experience with Pims or Omega 365 is a plus

We are looking for someone who

  • Identifies with our core values: open, engaged, generous, humble, and solution-oriented
  • Ideally has a few years of experience at the intersection of system development and customer relations
  • Is fluent in English, spoken and written

Work location: The primary location will be Gateshead, but some travel domestically/internationally must be expected.
