Overview

Business Analyst - Large-Scale Transformation

Contract Length: 6 Months (likely to extend)

Location: Hybrid - Hertfordshire (UK-based)

Day Rate: £500-£550 Inside IR35

Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for a Business Analyst who thrives in complex, high-change environments. This role sits at the front end of a major enterprise system implementation, working closely with a system implementer and platform vendor to mobilise delivery, structure programmes, and bring clarity where there is ambiguity.

Key Experience Required
  • Strong background in enterprise system implementations - Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred; Oracle, SAP, or similar also relevant.
  • Merger and Acquisition experience
  • Proven experience on large-scale transformation programmes spanning multiple business areas.
  • Hands-on involvement in mobilisation and early programme phases (not just BAU).
  • Resilient in chaotic environments, with a track record of bringing structure, clarity, and focus.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Bonus Points
  • Sector background in energy, utilities, telecoms, or other complex, regulated industries.
  • Clear examples of delivering business outcomes, efficiencies, or value in challenging contexts.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple workstreams.
