Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Responsible for the gathering and documentation of business and functional requirements for approved business systems to support Opus Trust Marketing’s business objectives / initiatives.
• Experience working with functional requirements and leading requirements gathering workshops.
• To work closely with the Project Manager, supporting with tasks as required.
• Liaising with the development teams to ensure that the specification is understood
• Ensuring documentation of requirements is comprehensive and explicit.
• To identify and have a good working relationship with stakeholders and business users involved.
• Supporting the sales team with technical tender responses.
• Responsible for managing the end-user documentation and online help on internal and external projects. This will include information gathering from multiple sources such as Developers, test analysts and hands‑on users.
