Business Analyst – Future Integrations Programme

The Business Analyst will contribute to the business analysis activities on a large Future Integrations programme involving the Azure Integration platform. The Business Analyst will undertake strategic analysis activities to ensure the digital and business solutions meet requirements and satisfy the quality expectations of both Information Services and business; they will also take a significant role in managing the changes being introduced.

The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, validating and documenting requirements by facilitating workshops with technical and business subject matter experts. The Business Analyst is required to map complex data/information and business processes, creating process maps using schematic diagrams to support and align on the understanding of change impacts and efficiency opportunities.

• Remote working option available; Portsmouth required on the first day of work and occasionally as required.
• Option for full‑time hours, with flexibility to offer reduced hours (minimum of 30 hours per week) or compressed hours if required.
• Hybrid location: Edinburgh, Telford, or Birmingham office, with expected 1–2 days per week in office subject to business needs.
