Business Administrator

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Onsite - Boughton, Nottinghamshire

Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have a solid background in administrative tasks. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting various departments, and maintaining effective communication within the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the procurement process; working alongside the production supervisor to ensure sufficient stock in the factory on a weekly basis.
  • Scheduling orders with the relevant logistic company, tracking through to delivery and handling any delays or disputes.
  • Customer service. Responding to emails by reviewing each case with production (ops director) to offer resolutions.
  • Packaging and delivery scheduling of material samples, maintaining sufficient stock levels.
  • Provide clerical support, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the Sales team with inbound receiving of calls/emails and follow ups as required.
  • Adhering to business processes and controls.
