A local government authority in East Runton seeks an Apprentice Revenues Officer on an 18-month fixed term contract. The role offers a chance to earn while learning through a Level 3 Apprenticeship in business administration. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, with duties including managing records and responding to customer enquiries. Here in the Revenues Department at NNDC, we have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Revenues Officer to join us on an 18‑month fixed term contract. We offer a wide range of learning and development programmes, real life experience and the ability to “earn while you learn”.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, be enthusiastic and self‑motivated, and have the ability to work within a fast‑paced environment.
This role is based in our Cromer offices, alongside experts within the field. You will gain valuable skills and work experience whilst completing your Level 3 Apprenticeship in business administration.
Appointment to this post is subject to a satisfactory Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check, which includes a basic DBS verification of unspent criminal records.
