Duties/ Full Job Description | Providing general administrationsupport to the contract Manager and wider teams to ensure efficientoperations. Engage, support, and interact withinternal and external clients. Compiling, maintaining, andupdating records on various systems. Undertake administrative tasksusing Microsoft Office applications. Assist in budgeting, expensetracking, and financial reporting activities. Monitor stationary supplies,refreshments, and IT consumables. Liaising with couriers andsuppliers. Contributing to team effort byaccomplishing related tasks as needed |
Working Week (Days + Hours) | Monday – Friday 40 hours |
