Job description

Wage: £18,720 per year

Training: Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (40 hours per week)

What you’ll do

Most of your apprenticeship will be spent working and learning on the job. You’ll gain hands‑on experience and develop the skills needed for a successful career in business administration and contract management.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities
  • Receiving and processing work orders and job requests
  • Submitting quotes for planned works
  • Liaising with suppliers to source prices and arrange services
  • Producing regular reports on contract performance
  • Reviewing and confirming invoice costs
  • Monitoring financial performance to ensure profitability targets are met
  • Working with the credit control team to maintain cash flow and account health
  • Communicating regularly with clients, including meetings and calls, to ensure exceptional service delivery
