Business Administration Apprentice
Location: Enfield, Greater London, UK
Salary Range: Level 3 £25,996
Contract: Full-time, Fixed Term up to 24 months
Working Week: 36 hours per week including training.
Entry requirement: English and Maths GCSE at grade 4 or higher or equivalent. Provide evidence of certificates.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Business Administration Apprentice to support the seamless operation of our council services. Your role is pivotal in ensuring internal processes run efficiently, enabling us to serve our community effectively. A positive attitude and the ability to maintain direct contact with residents are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants and leaseholders, addressing concerns and fostering supportive relationships.
  • Collaborate with other teams to seek resolutions to issues raised by residents, ensuring a coordinated approach.
  • Provide administrative support across various departments, including housing and property management.
  • Organise meeting agendas and take minutes for committees focused on tenancy and leasehold issues.
  • Maintain and update records and databases for tenants and leaseholders.
  • Handle enquiries and provide excellent customer service, reflecting a positive and proactive attitude.
