Job description

Business Administrative Assistant based in Stevenston, Ayrshire required!

Salary: £15.35 per hour + rolled up holiday pay + pension

Immediate Start Available!

Expected to run until end of March but possibility to stay on further or permanent!

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a range of administrative duties, including the preparation of reports, letters, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and allocate resources efficiently to ensure operational targets are achieved.
  • Monitor job progress and maintain timely communication with operatives and supervisors.
  • Review and re-schedule work activities as required to meet service demands.
  • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records using appropriate systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Essential Criteria
  • SVQ Level 3 in Administration (or equivalent qualification/experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience within a DLO, Building Maintenance, or Social Housing environment.
  • Working knowledge of Lagan CRM and Opti-Time systems.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends when required.
