International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship

  • Two posts required for Bus Stations Staffing and Standards Supervisors.
    One post will be based at Preston Bus Station and the other post will cover Accrington and Nelson Bus Stations.
Job Purpose

To provide a clear and visible presence, supporting and supervising bus station team members & ensuring compliance across all sites.

To facilitate leave and sickness absence cover across all of Lancashire's bus stations working with Area Managers to ensure the service is adaptable, flexible and service levels are maintained.

To ensure that procedures are understood and adhered to and that Lancashire's bus stations provide a safe and welcome environment at all times.

To provide a customer service role to engage with all members of the public, tenants, operators and other stakeholders and be a point of contact for visitors and users of our bus stations.
