Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of materials and construction methods.
• Experience preparing specifications and schedules of works.
• Solid understanding of JCT contracts and contract administration.
• Familiarity with planning and building regulations approval.
• Proven track record in site inspections and technical reports.
• Party Wall experience is beneficial.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
