This position offers the chance to join an established, collaborative project team delivering a broad range of commercial and public-sector schemes. The successful candidate must have experience running projects independently and be confident producing technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of project-focused Building Surveying services across multiple property types.
  • Prepare high-quality technical specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation.
  • Manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring programme, cost and quality targets are met.
  • Undertake contract administration duties and coordinate professional teams.
  • Provide clear, professional advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support senior team members in developing long-term client relationships.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Newly qualified MRICS or currently undertaking the final stages of the APC.
  • Proven project running experience within a consultancy environment.
  • Strong technical ability, particularly in writing specifications.
  • Solid understanding of contract administration and building pathology.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and work confidently with clients.
