This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a well-established property consultancy delivering a wide range of projects across the Southwest, with support for chartership and clear career progression.

Are you a Building Surveyor with design and project delivery experience? Do you want to work on a diverse range of projects with full APC support? Are you looking for a flexible and supportive environment with long-term opportunities?

This consultancy is part of a large nationwide group which provides multidisciplinary property services across the Southwest, working on projects ranging from small maintenance schemes to complex projects up to 1M. With a collaborative and supportive culture, they offer a flexible approach to work, strong training opportunities, and the chance to progress through to Senior and leadership roles.

In this role, you will work across both office and site environments, delivering projects from inception through to completion. You will be involved in specification writing, tenders, feasibility studies, contract administration, and site inspections, ensuring quality and compliance at all stages.

The ideal candidate will experience in building surveying, with a strong background in project delivery and contract administration. Candidates working toward chartership will be fully supported.
