Job summary

A leading consultancy in the building sector is seeking experienced Building Surveyors to support a social housing organisation across Hampshire and West Sussex. This temporary ongoing role offers a flexible day rate based on the candidate's experience, with permanent positions also available. Candidates are required to have proven experience in social housing and expertise in building surveying. Additional qualifications like MRICS, RICS, and relevant degrees are highly desirable.

Qualifications

Job description

MMP Consultancy is seeking experienced Building Surveyors to support a social housing organisation based across Hampshire and West Sussex. This is a temporary ongoing position with a flexible day rate, depending on the successful candidate's level of experience. Permanent positions are also available.

Requirements

• Proven experience working within a social housing organisation such as a housing association, local authority or a social housing contractor/consultancy.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: disrepair, damp & mould, stock condition surveys, planned works, maintenance & repairs, cyclical works.
• Candidates without formal qualifications but with years of demonstrable social housing experience will be considered; however, qualifications and memberships are highly desirable.
