Blaymires Recruitment is working with an established and well-respected multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy based in Bromley, who are seeking a Building Surveyor to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a full range of building surveying services across public and private sector projects
  • Undertake condition surveys, defects analysis, dilapidations and technical reports
  • Assist with and manage contract administration and project delivery
  • Support senior team members on larger and more complex projects, while managing your own workload
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered successfully
  • Contribute to the continued development of client relationships and internal processes
About You
  • Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
  • 2-5+ years' experience within a consultancy or similar professional environment
  • Working towards MRICS or keen to begin/continue the pathway
  • Confident, professional and comfortable in a client-facing role
  • Motivated to take on greater responsibility and autonomy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
