Job description
Overview

Are you a self-employed residential building surveyor seeking to focus on surveying, not admin or accounts? Do you have experience in affordable housing, property maintenance, repairs, and compliance? If so, Elevate Projects is interested in speaking with you.

With over 60 years' combined experience supporting affordable housing providers across the South West and Wales, Elevate has strong connections to the sector and expertise in helping surveyors match their skills with current client needs. We are especially keen to network with surveyors experienced in:

  • Disrepair (including damp and mould, legal claims and compliance, expert witness reports, understanding new requirements under Awaab's law)
  • Planned works (project tendering, contractor appointment, cyclical project management)
  • Responsive repairs (diagnostics, repair specification, DLO collaboration)
  • Stock condition and EPC surveys (energy efficiency, HHSRS, Decent Homes Standard compliance)
  • Homebuyer surveys (Level 2 & 3; ASSOC RICS accreditation)

Following contact, we will quickly assess suitability and arrange interviews with clients to secure regular surveying opportunities with income ranging from £300 - £400 a day (interim) and £45,000 - £60,000 (permanent) DOE and nature of each contract.
