A leading property consultancy in Milton Keynes is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Building Surveying Assistant to join their vibrant team. You will shadow experienced building surveyors while working towards a Level 6 degree apprenticeship with University College of Estate Management. Responsibilities include supporting various professional tasks related to building surveying across commercial properties. Qualifications

  • 96 UCAS tariff points (2017 UCAS Tariff) or an equivalent.
  • Completed an Advanced Apprenticeship in Surveying or Construction.
  • Current RICS Associate qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Shadowing and assisting on building surveying instructions.
  • Providing support on professional work to clients.
  • Conducting measured surveys and providing CAD support.

Skills

Good telephone manner
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to work within a team and independently
Strong verbal, written and numerical skills
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Flexible and able work under pressure
Business Development and client care awareness

Education
