Our client is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager (with a mechanical bias) to join the project team for a large heritage refurbishment in Central London. The individual will be deployed on a couple of floors or a large area of the project to drive the sections forward, utilising relevant experience to assess, produce schedules, programme plan and carry out works in conjunction with other trades to commissioning and handover. Must have a CSCS card, a mechanical background and a solid M&E understanding of large projects in London.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the individual will take ownership of the delivery and integration of MEP services from the current stage of construction through to final section/client handover.
