A building services company is seeking an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer to perform maintenance and repairs on commercial properties in London and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, customer service skills, and must hold a full UK driving licence. • Proven experience in a Building Services Engineer role.

• F-Gas certification desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while working across client sites.
• Manage van stock and tools effectively.

Job Title: Mobile Building Services Engineer

Location: London & Home Counties (predominantly London). Office located in Horley, Surrey - proximity is beneficial but not essential.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a Building Services Engineer role.
• Strong mechanical background preferred; however, applications from electrically biased engineers with good mechanical knowledge will be considered.
• F-Gas certification desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
