Qualifications

• Experience in high and medium-rise construction is desirable.
• Knowledge of Building Safety Act and current NHBC standards is desirable.
• Current full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all technical aspects across building safety projects.
• Manage the technical process for information and consultant appointments.
• Ensure compliance with planning & building regulations.
• Liaise with the Commercial department for technical budgets.

Skills

Architectural / technical drawing experience

Strong communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of current building regulations

Proficient IT skills

Ability to problem solve and delegate effectively

Education

Qualified to degree level or HNC / HND in a technical subject

CSCS card or equivalent

Tools

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
