Qualifications

  • Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience in design management and coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and design/construction compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate design compliance and statutory risks.
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfil the statutory duties of the Building Regulations Principal Designer.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor design work for compliance.
  • Provide expert advice to the Client on statutory duties.
  • Compile and deliver regular compliance reports to the Client.
