The Estates Hard FM Team plays a vital role in ensuring our hospitals remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose. We are responsible for the delivery of day‑to‑day repairs, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and operational testing across a wide range of building services and equipment throughout the Trust.
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Building Fabrication Craftsperson to join our multi‑skilled Estates team at Mile End Hospital and Royal London Hospital Retained Estate, providing essential operational maintenance services across the Trust’s hospitals and associated sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in their work and wishes to make a meaningful contribution to the upkeep and improvement of healthcare environments.
This is a varied and rewarding role requiring a strong background in building trades, ideally supported by a recognised carpentry/building services apprenticeship (or equivalent), along with proven post‑qualification experience in a complex building services environment.
