Qualifications

• Experience with Copper, FTTP, Provisioning, and Faults.
• Ability to perform fibre splicing or copper jointing.
• Experience with smart devices and digital job packs.

Responsibilities

• Installing broadband services (Copper or FTTP).
• Fault finding, testing & diagnostics.
• Overhead and underground installation work.
• Resolving customer faults and completing repairs.

Skills

Experience working on the Openreach network

Good understanding of broadband installation

Ability to work independently

Confidence working at heights

Strong customer service skills

Manual driving licence
