About the Role

We currently have 2 opportunities to join the Northampton Brewery as Support Operators. This is a great chance to join a progressive business and kick start your career with Carlsberg Britvic.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support shift-based colleagues during peak periods operating plant equipment and assisting with tanker loading/offloading.
  • Contribute to production plans, service level agreements and key performance targets while maintaining flexibility across the department.
  • Drive problem-solving process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives embedding best practice standards.
  • Lead and support health safety environmental hygiene and housekeeping improvements to ensure compliance and safe operations.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, internal teams and external customers through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure productivity and efficiency are optimised across each shift to deliver consistent operational performance.
Experience and Key Attributes
  • IT literate (QC/SPC Word Excel)
  • Have knowledge of the relevant Health Safety & Environmental considerations
  • Understanding of right first time principles
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving production environment
  • Full UK working Rights.
