Responsibilities
- As a breakfast Team Member, be part of a friendly and energetic team delivering great service across our bar, breakfast and dining areas.
- Be hands-on, guest-focused and take pride in creating positive experiences for every guest, whether they’re starting their day with breakfast or winding down with a drink in the evening.
- Prepare dining and bar areas ready for service, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional table and bar service.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and process them through the POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining quality, presentation and temperature.
- Actively promote menu items and maximise sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling.
- Maintain clean, organised service areas throughout your shift.
- Support room service operations where required, including order taking and delivery.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel teams to ensure smooth service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Respond positively to guest queries and resolve issues, escalating where appropriate.
What We Need From You
- A positive, friendly approach and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or customer service is helpful, but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests.
- A team-focused mindset with a willingness to support colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good awareness of food hygiene and safety standards (training provided).
- Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern including weekends.
