Are you a Chef who enjoys an early start and an early finish?

We are recruiting for a Full Time Breakfast Chef at De Vere Wokefield Estate in Mortimer, Reading. This role involves working 40 hours per week from 4am to 12.30pm over 5 days, to include weekends on a rota basis.

This role offers a salary of £30,160 plus service charge and excellent benefits.

At our Hotel we offer a buffet breakfast in the restaurant for our guests and as the Breakfast Chef you will prepare and cook breakfast items to ensure our guests have a great meal to start their day.

What we look for in a Breakfast Chef:

• Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment
• Someone who enjoys getting up early and starts their day with a positive attitude
• Excellent organisation, food hygiene standards and time management skills
