A local educational organization in Shepperton is seeking a Breakfast Club and After School Club Leader for a part-time role. You will support children aged 3–7 and ensure a safe and nurturing environment. The position includes setting up activities, preparing snacks, and supervising play. Overview

Breakfast Club and After School Club Leader - Part Time 17.5 hours (one-year fixed term contract with a view of this becoming a permanent role) Monday – Friday (Term Time Only). Breakfast Club 5 hours per week 07:30am – 08:30am and Afterschool Club 12.5 hours per week 3pm-5.30pm.

About the role

As a key member of our wraparound care team, you'll support children aged 3–7 in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment before and after school. Your duties will include:

  • Setting up and supervising breakfast and afternoon activities
  • Supporting safe and positive play indoors and outdoors
  • Preparing and serving light snacks
  • Helping with drop-off and pick-up routines
  • Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed
