Join a leading skincare brand as Brand Lead for the UK & Ireland! We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of the brand strategy and activation during a maternity cover period. You’ll lead a small team, manage agency partnerships, and deliver a full marketing mix to drive growth and profitability.

What you’ll do:
  • Define and implement UK & Ireland brand strategy aligned with global vision.
  • Lead annual brand planning, media strategy, and trade activation.
  • Manage portfolio strategy and oversee new product development.
  • Collaborate with sales, category, and e‑commerce teams to maximise ROI.
  • Analyse market performance and optimise campaigns.
What we’re looking for:
  • 10+ years’ FMCG marketing experience (OTC/Pharma desirable).
  • Proven success delivering commercial KPIs and leading full marketing mix.
  • Strong UK market knowledge and experience managing agencies.
